It is set in the milieu of the animated series Batman Beyond, in which Bruce Wayne has retired and handed over the Bat-mantle to a younger man, Terry McGinnis.
Batman: Return of the Joker - Batman: Return of the Joker was the title of a video game released for the NES, Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo by Sunsoft in 1991. The game was a a sequel to the Batman video game that was based on the 1989 film, but was closer in its format to comic book version of famed capped crusader.
